AgentEA Pty Ltd (“AgentEA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), ABN 11 673 063 235, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. It applies to agentea.io and any forms, surveys, ads, or communications we run.
1. The information we collect
Information you give us — when you complete our qualification survey, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the business details you choose to share (such as your agency, your market or suburbs, your experience, and approximate income or ad-spend ranges), along with anything you tell us in messages, calls, or emails.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, racial, political, or religious details). Please don't send it to us.
Information we collect automatically — when you visit our website we collect technical and usage data through cookies and similar tools, including your IP address, device, browser, the pages you view, and how you arrived (for example, from a social media or search ad).
Information from third parties — we may receive information about you from advertising platforms (such as Meta) and analytics providers when you interact with our ads or content.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and assess whether our service is a fit for your business
- Book and conduct strategy calls
- Provide, manage, and improve our services
- Send you follow-up messages by SMS and email about your enquiry and our services (you can opt out at any time — see Section 6)
- Measure and improve our advertising and website
- Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
We only use your information for the purpose it was collected for, a related purpose you'd reasonably expect, or where you've consented.
3. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and tags — including advertising and analytics tools — to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and target our advertising. These tools may set cookies on your device and share data with the third-party providers described in Section 4.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation through the privacy or ad-preference settings of the advertising platforms you use. Turning off cookies may affect how the site works.
4. Who we share your information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted third-party providers who help us run our business, and only so they can perform services for us. These include providers of:
- Customer relationship management (CRM), online forms, appointment booking, and SMS and email delivery
- Advertising, remarketing, and conversion measurement
- Website analytics and customer reviews
- Website hosting and infrastructure
Our providers may change from time to time as our tools evolve. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Overseas disclosure
Some of our providers (including those above) store and process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. By providing your information, you acknowledge it may be handled overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Marketing and how to opt out
If you enquire with us, we may contact you by SMS, email, or phone about our services. You can opt out at any time:

- Click unsubscribe in any email

We handle marketing in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and action opt-outs promptly.
7. How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access — including using reputable providers, access controls, and secure connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
8. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it if it's wrong, by emailing admin@agentea.io. We'll respond within a reasonable time. There's normally no charge, and if we can't give you access we'll explain why.
9. Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your personal information, contact us first at admin@agentea.io and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for real estate professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear.
