  • Do you offer a guarantee?

    Yes. Show up to the appraisals and follow the strategy. If 180 days pass without 10 qualified appraisal appointments or a signed listing, we keep working at no service cost until you get there. We use the guarantee carefully because we don't want to attract guarantee-shoppers. We want partners.

  • What counts as a “qualified” appointment?

    A property owner, in your suburbs, who has told us they're considering selling. It's defined in writing in your agreement, and an appointment that misses the definition doesn't count toward your ten. If you've been burned by “qualified leads” who turned out to be renters and tyre-kickers, that line exists for you.

  • How much does this cost?

    It depends on your market and the scope we agree on. You'll see exact numbers and a full ROI projection on the strategy call. Two things worth knowing now: one signed listing more than covers the whole partnership, and your ad spend goes straight to Meta. We never mark it up.
