The role
The Client Success Manager owns the entire client relationship after the sale, and the retention that comes with it. Onboarding, monthly strategy sessions, our private client Slack, account health and renewals all sit with this role.
This is the senior client seat in a fast-scaling business. It exists to keep our retention where it is, or push it higher.
This is not a coordination role. We are hiring someone who has owned a book of clients and is ready to own ours.
What you'll do
Onboarding
Onboard every new client and get them live and seeing results fast.
Strategy sessions
Run the monthly client strategy sessions and walk clients through their results.
First response
Be the first reply in our private client Slack, within 24 hours. Calm, fast, on it.
Account health
Watch the health of every account and step in before a client thinks about leaving.
Renewals
Own renewals and protect our retention. You are the reason clients stay.
The ideal candidate
- A proven client success or account management track record, with a retention number you have personally owned
- Real estate or property literacy. Our clients earn serious commission and can tell in a minute whether you get their world
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong systems skills and adaptability across AI platforms, CRMs, project management tools and reporting
- Self-directed, able to own client relationships without hand-holding
- Able to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT). You can be based anywhere that lets you do that
Also a plus
- Hands-on real estate sales experience
- Familiarity with Meta ads or lead-generation funnels
- Experience in a high-retention subscription or partnership business
- GoHighLevel CRM experience
